Australis Paparazzi Perfect Eyeshadow in A-List Sister Shade – Review

I have been hearing a lot recently about Australis’ latest range of Paparazzi Perfect products so I am so excited to have Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Eyeshadow in A-List Sister. I love that Austalis is an Australian company that are making really top quality accessible products.

I love this pallet! It have a beautiful tough case that will protect it well when I go travelling or accidentally drop it im sure. I Love how it has a mirror inside the compact and how cute is the art deco/ argyle patten in the shadow! The one thing that is a bit annoying is that it doesn’t come with its own applicator so you would have to remember to bring your brushes in your bag…. but thats only a tiny grumble.

This particular pallets colours say ‘autumn’ to me straight away and all of these colours are very complementary and easy to wear colours. They are bright and shimmery whilst being able to blend beautifully.

I have green eyes so mauve/purple is the perfect colour to make my eyes really stand out so this combination of colours is fabulous.

The A-List sister pallet features 5 beautiful shades:

Grey, Brown, Gold, Mauve and Coral. LOVE IT!

My brushes for this application. Australis Angled Eyeshadow Brush, Almay Contour Shadow brush

Here is how I would use these colours together:

-Put the coral shade all over the lid. I used a brush as seen above but you could use a spongey eyeshadow applicator to get a darker result.

-Put the mauve shade at the far edge of the eye and blend inwards to the middle of the lid and put a bit in the crease

-Get the Australis angled eyeshadow brush and put some grey on it for a night time look or the brown for a day time look. Brush that against the last line on the top and bottom of the eye to line it.

-Brush some of the gold colour up in the arch of the eyebrow and in the corner of the eye near the nose to highlight the eye and to make it pop.

Eyeliner: Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eyeliner Black

Eyebrow: Maybelline Define A Brow in Dark Brown

Mascara: Covergirl Lash Blast

Lips: Australis Mineral Inject Lip Gloss in Rumba

Foundation: Dior Skin Nude #10

Blush: Nars Orgasm

So I must say that I am totally in love with this pallet! I think the A-List Sister colours are wonderful for a day time look but you could wear it at night time if you wanted too, just make the colours heavier. I wore these colours both at night and during the day and I must say they make my eyes look radiant in the sunlight which is beautiful. They have a beautiful pearly sparkly (but not too sparkly) quality which makes them “Paparazzi perfect”!

There are 4 different pallets in the Paparazzi Perfect range that are around $15.95 in stores such as Big W, Kmart, Priceline etc. Thanks Australis for the extremely affordable and super professional products!

Don’t forget to visit Australis’ Twitter Page and Facebook page to stay up to date with their latest looks and giveaways each Friday on Facebook. Australis’ website is also really good because they give you step by step guides on different looks you can achieve with their products. Hallelujah!

Thanks Melinda! I’m glad that you like the application guide. I always think its easier to use a make up pallet if you have an idea of where colours should go. I really wish more companies would provide guides with their pallets to make application easier.
